Mid-field (0.55T) Lung MRI
We are recruiting patients with pulmonary pathologies (including but not limited to those with pulmonary nodules, interstitial lung disease, lung transplant, and chronic pulmonary thromboembolic hypertension (CTEPH)) and otherwise healthy volunteers. In collaboration with the UCSF MR imaging science team, we seek to optimize and validate the 0.55T Lung MRI for clinical use in various pulmonary diseases. The MRI is located at UCSF Radiology China Basin, with a scan time of approximately 60 minutes. The scan may be done with or without contrast, depending on the pulmonary pathology.
